Ingredients and steps

Ingredients

- 1 glass of flour

- 1,5 glases of warm milk

- 2 or 3 eggs

- 1 or 2 table spoon of sugar

- pinch of salt

- pinch of sode

- 1 or 2 table spoon of olive oil

Steps

Firstable separate fiber from yolk, after that shake up yolk with sugar, milk, salt, soda, flour, oil and put the fiber into the weight. Next, put a little bit of butter on the pan and now you are ready for make pancakes.

Rusian Chistmas

Holidays in Russia are from the 24th December to the 13th January. All streets, shops and homes are decorated from 1st of Jenuary. There are a lot of parties called "Yolka" where people from theater perform a play for young boys and girls, organize some competitions and give some presents for everybody.

On the 31th December the families cook a lot of food and drink alchol. Is a day when the family is all toguether. On the 6th January they celebrate the Christmas.

History of Currency
